Skin alive with sensation and energy, endorphins rushing through your body while sweat drips from every pore... am I describing the first part of Susie's day, or the second? Susie's obviously doing something right... the answer is both. Susie's care and love for her body is one of those "show it don't say it things", as she dedicates time and energy to making her body feel as good as it possibly can.
