By accessing Scenedex ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Adult content — 18+
The Service indexes metadata about adult media. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally permitted to view adult-oriented material where you live. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. What the Service is
Scenedex is a metadata database and search engine. We do not host, store, or distribute video content. Descriptions, covers, and preview images are provided by the original publishers and content providers; all rights remain with their respective owners.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape the Service at abusive rates, attempt to disrupt it, misrepresent its data, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Automated access must respect robots.txt and reasonable rate limits.
5. Intellectual property
Metadata records are compiled from publicly available sources. If you believe a record infringes your rights, see our DMCA / Removal page.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Metadata may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scenedex is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
