Scenedex is a metadata database and search index. It does not produce, create, film, photograph, or host any actual sexually explicit content, and it is not the producer (primary or secondary) of any content referenced on this site as defined in 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

All visual media referenced by the Service is produced, hosted, and distributed by third-party studios and content providers. Records required by §2257 are maintained by the respective producers of that content. For inquiries concerning a specific title, contact the producer identified on the record.

All performers appearing in referenced content were 18 years of age or older at the time of production, per the certifications of the content producers.
