Closing The Deal
Riley may be hot, but the real estate market in her territory is the opposite from it right now so when she learns that she will be meeting a "rich" potential buyer for her big listing, she is well determined to close the deal! she even quickly dismisses a warning from her boss that she should watch herself with this client. When he arrives Riley gives him a tour of the house but it's clear he is not as much interested in the view outside rather the view right in front of him! he even gets a little frisky with Riley as she shows him the downstairs. It's only when he puts a SPECIAL DEMAND on Riley that her dilemma now comes into play, HOW BADLY does she want to close? she didn't realize that being in the real estate business could mean a lot of HANDS ON work!
