The Arrangement
You made a vow that you would pay her back. You had to do it. If you didn’t bring your loan shark the money by the next morning, you were going to be hearing from him… and you did not want to be hearing from him. Your aunt was out of town and you knew where her jewellery was. If you could just pawn it tonight, in a week or two you’d have the money, buy the jewellery back and just put it back in the box. She’d never even know. Your heart sinks when she comes home early to find her diamond bracelet in your pocket. But she’s a business woman. She knows that you need an opportunity and a second chance. She needs a new assistant, someone who can take care of her. A hot young man she can parade around her office and business dinners. A young man with stamina who can satisfy her after long days of work. Are you the man for the job?
