Major Surgery 2
“Now what exactly was it we were going to do?” You know, it's a long way over to that clipboard over there, and in clinical practice it's very easy at times to confuse things - that's only human. The important thing is that THE GOOD DOCTORATRICES be quick enough upstairs to be able to explain to the patient that the treatment THEY just gave him was as optimal as it could possibly be. THEY always stay one step ahead of the game so that THEY can professionally justify the little bashes they hold at the clinic with their rather peculiar consequences for the patient, such as swollen breasts, ashes on the cock and a peculiar yellow medicine in liquid form. You see, if THEY know how to do anything OUR TWO LADIES know how to convincingly make THEIR case beyond a shadow of a doubt - almost as if it was THEIR destiny, and they had never done anything else. THEY know how to get away with anything, anytime, anywhere, anyhow. So what if our patient has a vague recollection of multiple orgasms while he was under the influence of the anaesthetic! Sometimes the gas will give you very convincing dreams. Dreams so very, very real!
