Workplace Productivity
It’s time for your annual work review. I’ve been looking over your work for the last year and your output has fallen dramatically. Your productivity isn’t what it was when you started at this company. It’s disappointing. I know you can do better than this. I’d like to give you an opportunity to improve. I know good productivity is more than just putting your nose to the grindstone. It’s a state of mind. I think that’s where your problem lies. I can see in your eyes you’re beginning to feel relaxed and pliant. You want me to correct your state of mind so you can be more productive and happier in your work. I can do this for you. Just listen to the sound of my voice…
