Physical Therapy
As a psychologist, you see and hear some strange things at work. You're stepping in for another colleague who's off sick today and up until now, all of his clients have been a nightmare. When Ms. Scott comes in for her weekly session, however, your day takes a dramatic turn. As it turns out, Dr. Whatshisname is in the habit of prescribing his patients with a half-hour sex sesh. In terms of medical best practice, it seems a little shady and you initially question the ethics of such treatment, but when Spencer reveals her huge tits and bald, soggy pussy, you throw your DSM V out the window and decide that Spencer's best treatment option is, in fact, your dick
