Enema Tapout
Dollie Darko had been a decent patient in her prior therapy session. So when she asked to be a nurse, Dr. Mercies went out of his way to train her for the role. But she was a total failure. First she complained about a simple, gentle crotch rope. Then her ass turned out to be filthy (sorry, can't show you the brown here, but you can imagine). Dr. Mercies became disgusted with her and just started administering one big punishing enema after another using a huge glass syringe. All in all, she took a few dozen enemas with water, milk, and ice cubes. Finally, Dollie tapped out and walked off. Honestly, Dr. Mercies was glad to be rid of her. He brought in another, sweeter girl to ease his disgust by eating his ass and cum.
