Tatsumaki
Heroes can't ALWAYS win their battles, even exceptionally powerful ones like Tatsumaki. So in her battle against the electric hitachi, which has the ability to shock her, she can't compete with its strength. After it has paralyzed her with electricity, it moves on to use its special move - vibrations! Right against her weakened clit, until she finally "submits" to it.
