As well known, the body needs a regular workout or else it gets strained, dull and sick. Keeping that in mind, led purely by compassion toward every willing human being, Nesty started an alternative training for our visual senses. She calls it visual workout, but we don't really care about the name. All we want to see is Nesty's lush body.
