Firm hand
The bodybuilding trainer was known throughout the gym for her imposing figure and unwavering discipline. His presence commanded respect: defined muscles, firm posture and a look that could stop any distraction. One afternoon, in the quiet of her house, she finds her stepson masturbating, and in a commanding voice she makes him do several exercises and many exercises. She stood before him with an authority that filled the room. His voice, low but forceful, left no room for excuses. He was not there to humiliate him, but to make it clear that self-control and respect are the foundation of anyone who wants to progress under his guidance. As he tried to compose himself, she reminded him that training wasn't just about muscles, but about character. For her, that scene became a turning point: an opportunity to set limits, reaffirm her leadership and demonstrate why no one dared to take her rules lightly within the house.
