Angel of Bogota
File 16 - Old Regrets
His next passenger had very different problems. He had just been told to leave his apartment and was on his way to borrow 600,000 pesos from a childhood friend. They had known each other since kindergarten, but his friend was usually short on money too. When the Angel asked how the debts had piled up, the boy admitted it honestly — he had spent it all on parties. He had even lost his job for showing up unable to function. The Angel knew immediately: this one needed help.
