Back For More
Joey Dane swings back by Zander Fly’s trailer with one goal: pick up the completed paperwork, get the signature, and finally close this thing out. Easy, professional, and no distractions. At least, that’s the plan! Zander answers like he’s been expecting him, all lazy confidence and that same troublemaker grin. The papers are there, sure. Maybe even filled out. But signed? Not quite. Joey tries to keep it business. He reminds Zander he came back for the agreement, not another round of games. The problem is, Zander knows exactly how badly Joey needs this done. He leans into it, coy as hell, making it clear that if Joey wants that signature, he’s going to have to offer a little more incentive.Joey’s hole is still feeling it from last time, and he’s not exactly eager to make a habit of this. But when Zander promises he’ll take it easy on him at first, Joey knows he’s already losing the argument. Anything to get the job done, right? So Joey gets to his knees, telling himself it’s just business. And Zander lets him believe it for about five seconds before reminding him who really controls the paperwork. And just like that, a routine follow-up visit turns into another lesson in customer service, trailer-park style.
