A mysterious case, a secret code and a tentacled creature lead a big breasted scientist into a bound and gagged experiment in pleasure and pain. A beautiful scientist carrying a experimental virus is hijacked and held captive by militants to create a weapon for them. To gain her assistance, she is persuaded with tight bondage, electrical shocks, extended suspension and whipping. When she finally agrees to help, the extreme working conditions cause a lab accident and it becomes clear this is no ordinary virus, but rather a tentacled creature which quickly sets about screwing both the scientist and her hot militant guard.
