In this classic academy fantasy, Headmistress Birch tackles the class bully with a strict regime of discipline. After giving a uniform inspection and being unimpressed by his slack attire, she reads through his punishment book and addresses the issues one by one. Starting with an over the knee spanking, she soon moves on to the bare as the extent of his misdemeanours becomes more apparent. When Miss Birch reads of his bullying, she gives him a sound hand thrashing, followed by a dozen of the best with the cane across his buttocks.
