The nurse puts her ass on top of Potro's penis, and her huge tits on top of his face. Potro says that if this treatment is working, he is already feeling improvement, and the nurse feels something difficult to grow. Dr. Cacherín says for the treatment to work more, he must help the patient with the Nurse. This is how a delicious threesome comes out, fucking the nurse, Dr. Cacherín, together with El Potro. a unique medical treatment in the world. In the end the Potro is as good as new ready for another confrontation.
