Mike's Apartment
Sugar Cookies
Martin called in about the apartment for rent and made the mistake of coming by with his girlfriend Michele. Once we saw how cute she was we immediately shifted gears into negotiation mode. We started off at such a high price he attempted to make a run for the door. I offered him the mikey special and he declined until his girlfriend said she always fantasized about being in a porno movie. He went from cheap skate to fornicate faster than a rabbit procreates. He was so turned on he shot a burst of MANyanaise into her eyes. That reminds me I have to wash those complimentary towels I left in the bathroom.
