Session 23
This is the same patient who was in Session 6 and 12 and one that comes to see me for his weekly milking session. He saved up a good load for this one and was rock hard even before he mounted the Sybian. I thought he was going to cum hands-free but I enjoy assisting whenever I think it's needed and I could tell he was going to release a big one. I like the feeling of cum shooting through a rock hard cock so I had to have my hand around this one. It didn't take long once I started milking him with long strokes from the base to the head. He shot one of the biggest loads I've seen so far and one of the powerful ropes of cum actually hit the wall behind me. I recommended that he goes an entire week without release so I can measure the volume collected in a specimen cup. I had 3 more great sessions that day which I'll be sharing with you guys shortly.
