Session 31
This new patient was very excited to be milked dry while riding the Sybian so I thought I'd try something a little different this time. Once he was fully mounted on the Sybian I turned up the vibration and rotation to get him comfortable. Then I put a cock ring on him to make sure he was good and hard for his release. If a cock isn't fully erect during ejaculation then sometimes all the cum doesn't get out so I manually have to work it out. I get better results when the patient's cock is rock hard. I decided to use the massager just under the head of his cock for maximum stimulation. He produced a nice load for me and I kept him on the machine for another 10 mins but he wasn't able to cum again so I left that part out. He's young, horny and healthy so I'm sure I'll be able to extract two loads from him next time.
