Ballbusting Psych Out
Mistresses Jean and Elena are feeling particularly sadistic, so just busting the balls of this pathetic slave is not enough. They want him to truly suffer and not know when his balls are going to be busted. The Mistresses start by kicking him from behind, making him guess which of them delivered the kick, then punishing him for wrong guesses. Then they psych him out, pretending to kick him to get him to flinch, then unexpectedly delivering a crushing kick. Falling to the ground in pain does not help either, as the Mistresses either kick him while he is down or grab his balls and start punching them until he collapses. There is no escape from the pain for this pathetic bitch.
