Pulley Suspension
Stefano LaForgia clearly shows how to integrate a carabiner-based pulley system into your suspension work. This can help you raise any securely tied object – limb or person – higher in the air safely and easily. Stefano talks about types of equipment, the knots used, and then demonstrates the basics of this technique.
