Self Suspension: Adding Rope
“Some say there are two lengths of rope – too long, and too short,” says Shay in this clip, and when the latter is the case, it’s good to know how to add a length quickly and securely. Shay shows her favorite method in this clip, known as the “sheet bend.” You’ll use this later in harnesses whether you’re tying yourself or others!
