Birthday Workout
Shar's birthday is coming up and she has received the most unusual birthday gift in the post.. a pair of running trainers!! Shar loves her new trainers but isn't quite sure what she is meant to do with them.. Shar wants to send a thankyou and starts to take selfies in her new trabs.. she sends the selfies over to her friend she hasn't seen in a while.. but Shar's friend doesn't know about her sudden weight gain so Shar knows that she has to breathe in to stop her friend from asking any questions.. Shar heads to the park where she attempts to workout in her new trainers.. the workout doesn't go very well and Shar ends up feeling extremely tired! Shar struggles to workout! GS X x
