After Nurse Eva wraps it up in a bandage, she steps out of the room and the bite begins to have an unbelievable effect on her. As pain turns into an animalistic pleasure for Melissa, her body starts to transform into something inhuman and -like. When Nurse Eva returns to check up on Melissa, she cannot find her patient. As she looks around for her, she sees that something went on in the room that seems extremely eerie. To Nurse Eva's surprise, things are about to become a little more savage than she can handle.
