All the instruments are laid out and everything looks in order for her examination. First there’s the breast check followed by a thorough pelvic exam. Dr Icy opens Laura’s pussy with a huge speculum and takes a good long look. Next! Its temperature time. Laura giggles as the cool glass thermometer enters her rectum while Dr. Ice adds a comforting hand to her quim. Then Dr. Icy administers a nice soapy warm enema that will leave his patient Laura sparkling bright inside. Onto her hands and knees she goes with a voluptuous round bottom sticking out for the Doctor’s enjoyment. He inserts the large bulbous black nozzle as Laura’s sphincter muscles clamp down to prevent any spillage. When she has taken the full bag, the good Doctor provides a bedpan for the expulsion. After she is empty, Dr Icy’s begins his backdoor inspection. He inserts the clear plastic tube into her gapping rectum and takes a good look with the help of a penlight. The medical procedure is completed with a good fucking session that leaves both doctor and nurse satisfied.
