That is until she hears the haunting voice of Dr Saint (Ava Amira). The doctor’s voice in her head tells Julia that the experiment has changed her permanently and at any moment, she will turn back into the monster Dr Saint had created.Beth returns to find Julia tensed up and groaning, unaware that her friend is fighting against a primal transformation. Julia gives in, mutating once again into the savage futa she was once before, subjecting her best friend to the ruthless sexual pleasure she so desperately craves. Dr Saint’s radical dream is about to become a reality.
