Universal Arm Harness
Jay Wiseman uses 2 lengths of 14-18 ft of rope and his lovely assistant Tina to demonstrate his arm harness – which should work on any body size – in this 4-minute video. Jay builds off his single-limb cuff (the wrist-tie clip), suggests a very handy tip for arm placement, utilizes the surgeon’s knot, and discusses safety as well. A perfect video if you want to safely immobilize your partner’s arms!
