MINDSET PREPARATION: EFT Tapping
Today, I'm going to train you with a new technique to prepare your mind to be fully relaxed and open. Follow along as I teach you EFT Tapping -- an Emotional Freedom Technique similar to acupressure. You will learn to use this tapping in combination with mantras to become more in tune with your body and your mind, and you will let everything go. As you tap along your body's meridian points, you will say out loud how you feel. You will acknowledge and allow yourself to feel your stress, your anxiety, whatever feeling is overwhelming you. This is a safe space to allow your body to feel anything, and this is a safe place to release it and let it all go. Every round of tapping and mantras will take you to a deeper state of relaxation, until you are completely relaxed and your mind is fully open. After this video, you will be totally ready to submit.
