Dragon Tail: Basic Throws
Princess Kali demonstrates a couple basic dragon-tail throws – the side-to-side and the helicopter or cowgirl – on a Jamaican beach during this eight-minute video. She begins with a brief recap of her previous dragon-tail clips (safety, grip) and then shows the two basic throws. Kali explains techniques, aim, movement, marks, welts, and more.
