Zero Thoughts
No thoughts. Zero. ** This Mesmerize Clip is filled with Special Effects, Countdowns, Visually Stunning Backgrounds, Binaural Beats, Special Effects ** Your mind is marvelous, it has carried you through this complicated life. It's creative, thoughtful and wise. But today, I'm going to give your mind permission to rest. Today you don't need to think any thoughts, you deserve a chance to go blank. There is not thoughts in your mind, any thoughts can be put down for the moment. Because right now... you have no thoughts, no dreams, noysis, just blank... Your mind feels good this way. It is free. It is a state of mindfulness, a freedom, a breath of air. Your mind is free to be blank, free of thoughts, free of projects, free of to-dos, free of executions. Nothing. Your brain is blank... Your mind gets even more blank as you watch my body tease you... turn you on... teasing you again and again.... You don't get to think. Just blank. I will count you down to ""wake up"" by the end of the clip, but feeling incredible, rested and free of thoughts.
