Sexual Healing
Watch Davey and friends discuss Sexual Healing on Himeros LIVE, our weekly podcast. Discover why we created Sexual Healing on the Himeros.tv blog. Sex is healing. We know this is true, because when we have great sex, our body feels better, our spirit feels lighter and our mind can let go of its crazy merry-go-round routine. Today is your day to reclaim your sexual enjoyment as a source of deep, powerful pleasure and healing. You can do this exercise by yourself or with a partner. Allow a full hour or more for this exercise. This is an advanced practice which is a gift to us from a skilled healing practitioner. It will work for you if you’re willing to experiment with sounds, breaths, and techniques which might be a little bit outside of your past range of experiences. The practice is designed to be practiced by yourself, but it can easily be adapted for use with lovers, friends and fuck buddies. This video features Peter Pounder and was inspired by Brad Amberheart: http://www.bradamberheart.com
