Case# 1910073-11
October 25th, 2019. 8:23 PM. Public lewdness. Petty theft. Suspect is an 18-year-old white male, 5’10’’. Suspect is reported wearing a cowboy costume that is not family friendly enough for the Halloween event on the store premises. Additionally, there are complaints that he has been stealing pieces of candy from the other patrons’ bags. Upon detaining the perp, his stepfather accompanies him to the backroom. His stepfather is cooperative, though the boy denies the charges.
