Nude Yoga
The meaning of the word yoga comes from the word “to yoke,” or “join,” just like an ox is yoked to a plow. But in the spiritual practice of yoga, the individual self is joined to the Universal Soul. The best yoga puts the spirit and body “naked” in the natural world. And that’s what Katrina does here. With each stretch, she bears her secret spirit to the forces around her. Fully nude, alone in nature, her beautiful poses shine forth the intimate glory of her powerful body. Such perfect form, such vibrant female energy, such enticing asanas. This lovely, healthy young woman takes us on a journey of cleansing and enlightenment that arouses every fiber of our being. Grab your mat, and let Katrina show you the way to the world.
