Dr. Oksana Rose's patient is complaining about recurring chest pain. Dr. rose decides it would be best to give him a routine checkup to see what the problem could be. So she asks him to drop his pants so she could examine him. But after seeing the size of her patient's penis she concludes that the problem might be because he is carrying around some extra weight between his legs. Luckily she has just the right treatment for that.
