One of the simplest methods of trance induction is through staring deeply in eye fixation, especially when you are instructed to stare deeply into MY eyes. I begin with you slowly, calling attention to my beautiful features.. smooth skin, high cheekbones, mouth, deep chocolate eyes. You are instructed to watch those eyes and allow yourself to fall in, slowly and naturally, until an intense trance descends. In a matter of moments, you no longer remember where you are or what you were doing.. only that my eyes sucked you down and held you there.
